Cai Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a private family-run martial arts organization dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for individuals of all ages, experience levels, and body types. Our academy offers training in traditional Kosen Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, both renowned for their effectiveness and safety in self-defense. We take pride in being one of the few dojos in Orange County to utilize advanced spring-loaded mat technology, which provides superior shock absorption and ensures exceptional safety and support during throws, falls, and rolls. Our students also have the opportunity to participate in local competitions for both Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu throughout the year.
